Why: A lot of moms care as much about the environment as they do about their pores and fine lines. My sister reads a label for the company’s environmental policies before she looks at the ingredients. For her and all the other Earth Mothers (and Fathers), there’s Aguacate.
With organic aloe, coconut oil, jojoba oil, Willowbark extract and Vitamin E, the products meet the Earth Mom’s qualifications for organic and natural ingredients, and nearly all the items are also certified vegan. Aguacate is also a member of The Organic Trade Association, the Natural Ingredient Truth in Labeling Pledge, and One Percent For the Planet, an alliance of eco-conscious businesses that give one percent of their sales to environmental research.
Because the products are fragrance-free and packaged in classic black and white, they also work great for guys or for couples who share. I especially like the gentle exfoliating cleanser because it’s not too “scrubby” and the toning spray, a refreshing pick-me-up with organic aloe leaf and rosewater (no cotton ball required). It’s the perfect way for the Earth Mother to start her day.
