Site Find: Do You Zwaggle?

Category: Poll Site Review

image

No two kids may be alike, but the odds are every one of them will: A) get gifts they don’t wear, play with or need; B) Grow out of clothes or grow tired of toys that still have plenty of life in them C) Break or lose something that you’ll have to replace.

That’s where Zwaggle comes in. Zwaggle.com is an on-line community where you can join for free and swap the stuff your kids no longer need or want for stuff you can use. Instead of cash, you earn and spend zoints. You spend less, declutter and share something that might otherwise have ended up in the landfill.

It works like this. I have a barely used baby bathtub. I list it on Zwaggle either for pick-up only, limiting “buyers” to my local area, or I may want to use the Federal Express shipping tool. Zwaggle decides my baby bath is worth 25 zoints. Another Zwaggler “buys” the baby bath giving me zoints for something I need like a baby monitor. Or I can save my zoints for a big ticket item like a stroller. The more stuff I share, and friends I get to join, the more zoints I earn. Zwaggle even has a group feature that allows clubs, schools, kids sports leagues, etc. to create their own trading circle.

Makes Zense doesn’t it?

As far as I’m concerned, there should be a Zwaggle for every age group. I’d Zwaggle my kids’ DVDs and video games, Zwaggle the books they read once and I ended up donating to the library. Heck, I’d Zwaggle all those impulse shoe purchases sitting in my closet.

Hi,

Have you tried Kizoodle.com. This site is great for trading by using credits. It helps you save money by not having to spend any to get great stuff for you and your kids. It is totally free!
